Tangyuan 黑芝麻花生红薯汤圆


Happy Chinese New Year!

One of the traditional Chinese food we eat for Chinese New Year is TangYuan - coming to symbolise the family togetherness. 

我比较喜欢红薯汤圆,带着红薯的甜香,又补充一些fiber,颜色也很漂亮。 一次多包一些,冷冻起来吃几次,很方便。下了以后,兑些酒酿 (here)更好吃。

做法:

A- 红薯蒸熟,活糯米粉至可以捏成型。红薯含水量很高,不用加水了。

B-黑芝麻花生馅:
100g roasted 黑芝麻, 50g roasted 花生(去花生衣),100g白糖, 1 1/2 tbsp花生油, 1tbsp 炼乳 (condensed milk)

把黑芝麻和花生用blender打碎,拌入其余的原料。
