I have been thinking to introduce Hugo Boss skirts for a while. If you are looking for well-made, knee-lenght full skirts, you may want to consider Hugo Boss (this). I bought mine couple years ago, and after several washes (though it says dry clean) it is still in a great shape! The waist runs slightly small, so you probably need size up.
