Took my favorite pleated skirt for a spin (review in a previous post here), without heavy jackets and tights!

After tried both size 4 and 6 at home (with shirts and sweaters), I kept size 4. The waist of size 4 is about 26''. Because of the thick texture and pleats, it fits like 25'' at most.
