Happy Saturday everyone! Cold and snow continue into spring in Boston this year. Though it is almost the end of March, temperature is just above 40F and snow is still piled in the corner. This time last year, I already wore mini skirts...

The reason I like to add this white Zara jacket to my closet is the length! Unlike all my other jackets, which either hit the hip or are cropped, this jacket covers the rear. I will wear it with skinny jeans or shift dresses. It is 80% cotton, 20% polyester, with full lining. After a careful check of the quality, I will say it is pretty well made. The only thing I am not happy with is the metal zipper, which is not very smooth. What is your solution for this issue? Thank you!
Since I have this white jacket, I plan to transfer my another Zara white blazer (here) for $55. It is 99% cotton, in size small, which I bought this time last year, and only wore couple times! It was dry cleaned once. No stain, no damage. Let me know if any of you are interested in it.

DeleteYou did get that bag at a good time! It seems the waiting list is pretty long now for a solid color (even tri-color) celine mini luggage.
The skirt is pretty, but you may not like the fabric. Their faux leather not only looks faux, but also smells faux... And, the funny smell lasts forever.
The jacket could be too thick for later spring... I will try to wear it as much as I can now, in the northeast !
what size do you have in the jacket? :)
ReplyDeleteFor issues with zipper, I always try a little wax to make it zip smoother.
ReplyDeleteDid you think it was true to size or did you have to go size down or up? What size do you normally take? I'm ordering a coat from Zara myself but don't know how to read their sizing.
In general, Zara tops run one size small. I normally wear xs, but I always buy Zara small
