Fendi (original price $790, currently on sale at $395 at Farfetch) sneakers fit true to size. I wear size 6 (as your ref., I wear Chanel / SF size 6.5, Valentino / MB size 6). They are super comfortable and give you about one inch lift. 

Allbirds sneakers are $125. As other Allbirds shoes, they are machine washable! This pairs also has about one inch heel, which gives you enough cushion. It is great for long-distance walking and of course, everyday wear. I wear them for jogging (3-6 miles distance), but I don't think them are make for profession runners.
