I grabbed two silk tops from Madewell extra 40% off sale rack. You may notice that I have some clothes slightly roomy for me - because the fitting room is not available at this moment and sale is final... I hope my review can help you find a correct size :). For your reference, I am 5'3.5 and 109lb.
1) I notice the size is very generous this season. Tops in xxs fit me perfectly - they are not tight on the back at all when I move my arms forward. Skirt in size 0 is slightly room for me, and I would expect 00 is my size.
2) V-neck this season is not deep!
3) Silk quality is as good as before! They don't shrink after machine wash.
