COACH justine lace-up are my go to flats this season! You can dress them up with a skirt, or dress them down with any destroyed jeans.  Bought two pairs in different color, black leather and blue suede. Suede version is even more comfortable than the leather one. Both of pairs don't need to be broken in. They fit true to size (I normally wear 6-6.5, and I picked 6.5 which leaves some reasonable room for extra comfort).
