Wore this outfit for an inspiring day! Here are some thoughts of finding a trench:

Color - Personally I like honey color more than black, though both are classic. First of all, a black coat won't be my top choice for spring, while honey could be worn in both spring and fall. Second, I have the concern of lints sticking on the black fabric. 

Fitting - Sandringham fits slimmer than Kensington. Size 0 of Kensington fits me wear over a thin sweater, while size 2 of Sandringham is barely to be buttoned. If I size up (size 4 of Sandringham), the sleeve is way too big. I picked Kensington 0.  

Length - There are three lengths you could choose, long, mid and short. For the price tag, I want a classic piece, not only the brand name but also the look. The short, even mid-length one looks like a jacket more than a trench on me. For ladies taller than 160cm / 5'2, I would suggest the long version. 

Price - There are not too many deals for Burberry heritage lines. I bought during Bloomingdales FF event (25% off). It is excluded at Saks Fifth Avenue FF, but always participate their gift card event.
