My first sight love: BCBGMAZAZRIA silk tops. Three colors are available in boutique stores and online, pink, blue and black (here). It says "dry clean" online, but HAND WASH is suggested on the label. I washed mine already, and it doesn't shrink at all. 

The underneath silk layer is not sheer, and the shell is chiffon like silk. The material doesn't wrinkle crazily. It runs true to size.
