Happy Sunday, everyone! Almost the end of January, we had the first significant snowfall this winter. 

The first two weeks of wearing orthodontic aligners are pretty painful. I only had ache the first couple of days. I took tylenol and crashed into the sofa immediately when I got home. I felt soreness of the whole jaw and could distinctly tell which teeth were moving. After the pain faded, I started two fight with horrible dry mouth and chapped lips... I am still at this stage, getting used to have a foreigner in my mouth.
