Happy Saturday! The weather in new England jumped right from winter into summer. It seems to leave us no chance to wear those beautiful spring clothes, except in these wet days..

I resumed my morning workouts as it got warm. My workout routine includes swimming, running and barre training. Here is what I typically do:

Monday: 1k swimming + 3-5k running + 20 minutes biking 

Tuesday: 1-2k swimming or 1hr barre

Wednesday: 1hr barre

Thursday: 10k running

Friday: rest

Saturday: family fun workout day

Sunday: 5k running and 1hr Zumba
