Saint Laurent pumps definitely run small, and you may want to consider half size up! I need size 6.5 rather than my normal size 6. As for the comfy level and heel height, mine is 3'' high and very comfy! (I bought mine from NM - here, and this style in NM all has a heel height of 3'').
