Helmut Lang Articulated sweater & NEST necklace (and what I bought during the Thanksgiving)

Helmut Lang Articulated sweater (here)
Nest collar necklace (black version here, new version here)

Drop a quick hello and share some pictures of my Thanksgiving purchases. This year, I did most of my holiday shopping online.

AllSaints jeans (here)
Proenza Schouler boots (old, love zip up boots here)

Burberry London light-weight down coat (old, new version here)

I bought my Helmut Lang sweater from Intermix at Thanksgiving when they had an extra 40% off sale items (here, extra 30% off this week; but only M and L are available online). The sweater is made with 60% alpaca, 40% silk, super soft and warm. It definitely runs big; size P is still roomy on me. Shedding is the only concern I have for this sweater.

Isabel Marant Bekket wedge sneaker (here)

Bought my second pair of IM Bekket wedge sneakers from Selfridges (here; light speed delivery!). They charge 25 pound flat shipping fee but take care of your VAT! You should receive a 20% off coupon code when join their mailing list. I find better price of most Isabel Marant shoes in Selfridges than Farfetch (same pair here) or Net-A-Porter (here).

3.1 Phillip Lim Colorblock sweater dress (here or here)

The last piece is a 3.1 Phillip Lim sweater dress. I would love to listen to you: should I keep?

Thank you for visiting...

  1. The sweater dress looks good on you. Should be a keeper :)

The PS boots seem to cut your legs short, don't you think? Sorry

    1. Color plays a factor, but I just don't like the height of the boots in particular.

    2. Besides grey tights (or leggings), PS boots always cut legs short. Lace-up mid-calf boots are not easy to pull off...

  2. you look elegant!

no, not a keeper, too bulky, you got a nice figure, still...

    2. Thanks!
HL sweater is a little bit bulky, but it is so soft and warm - nice for cold days.
I do feel the sweater dress is too ''heavy'' for me.

  3. It is such a normal sweater, not worth the money. ;-)

    1. I agree. Besides, the buckle detail round the neck area makes the dress more interesting.

  6. Pair the sweater dress with black leggings and heels, or bare legs with over the knee boots, must be a killer...
