Go Hiking in My Lululemon gears - by Michelle

Before cold hits north-east region, there are two more months for hiking, one of my most favorite outdoor activities! Here are some top reasons why I love it:

1. Adventure – No matter the trail, no matter the difficulty, there is always something thrilling about being out in the wildness which becomes proud accomplishment and great memories.

2. Fitness – It helps to stay fit and have fun at the same time. Most treks are long and challenging enough to burn substantial calories and build muscle. Get off the couch. Turn off the TV. Get out into the fresh air!

3. Simpleness – When I focus on my hiking adventure with my family for a day, rocks, rivers, leaves, trees, and spectacular views occupy my entire mind. No stress. Just more connection with nature's beauty.

A functional sports jacket is a must in chilly days. I pick mine from Lululemon - 'Bundle Up Jacket *Reflect'. It is not only warm and cozy, but also adorable. In addition, it is a jacket I can wear for other occasions besides running. Lululemon products run a little small. I usually choose one size up.

      Thank you for your compliments! Don’t be fooled by my picture. If you meet me in person, I look exactly like a mom of two, no more no less. :-) I would love to share some of my experience about skin care and fitness. However, needless to say, I don’t stand out in these two areas but I might have one or two tricks you might be interested, and it is about the time management for fitness. Every working mom’s daily schedule is packed with all kinds of kids’ activities. Most parents like to sit down, and watch and wait until the class or game is over. If they feel bored, electronics are the perfect toys for them to kill time. A class or a game usually last one hour or even more, so why not we take advantage of it and do some exercise for ourselves like walking, jogging, stretching, etc.? This way, at least I can manage doing exercise five days a week, and the time accumulated is very motivating, isn’t it? Sometimes, little kids might need you in between for snacks and water, so exercise in short time span might be more practical. So, get a move on whenever we can!
