Bean Jelly in spicy sauce
Mix green bean starch with water (1:6 by volume), and stir until there are no clumps.
Boil the mixture.
Pour the boiled mixture into a container and let it cool.
Sauce: minced garlic, vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil, and spicy oil. (Cilantro, optional)
