Steam milk bread
All-purpose flour 500g
2% milk 270g
sugar 5g
salt 2g
baking soda 2g
oil 5g
yeast 1/2 tbp
Add all ingredients in a bread machine. Mine has a separate compartment to load yeast; otherwise, you may want to separate sugar, salt and yeast. Choose 'dough' option and let it knot and rise for 45 minutes at least.
Shape the bun and let it rest for another 30 minutes. Steam for 15 minutes.
