Queen Victoria presided over the opening of Royal Holloway College on 1886. The buildings and status in the campus are surprisingly pristine!

Watching the Changing of the Guard is on the top of my little boy's to-do-list for this trip.  The actual changing ceremony, accompanied by a band, lasts about 30 minutes (11:00 - 11:30 am). Considering a large crowd waiting in a long line at the entrance (tickets and security check), you may want to get there at least 40 minutes ahead of the time.

Windsor castel certainly has a wow factor, especially the pristine exterior!

The interior of Windsor Castle, as that I saw, is more like a palace with St Georges Chapel.

Before close, I highly recommend Cole Haan oxford flats (here). They are super light and comfy (don't need any break-in, great arch support, super soft leather lining). I walked in them all day long... If you plan to wear socks (I like bare feet), you may go half size up.

Thank you for your reading...
