Our last minute decision to stay a night in Cape Cod paid off! We spent the last night and today in Hyannis, which is referred as the ' capital of Cape'. Besides the big nature harbor, some other local attractions like JFK memorial park and historical downtown main street are also worth seeing. Hyannis is also a passenger access to the island of Martha's Vineyrad, where is about 1-2 hr ferry boat away from the main land. We may spend couple days there at the end of this month.

Where to stay?

We stayed in Doubletree by Hilton. It is just couple minutes driving distance away from the main street. The hotel room is new, cozy and comfortable. Very delicious welcome warm chocolate chip cookies with walnuts (score!)...

Where to dine?

There are a great selections of restaurants at downtown main street: French, Mexico, American, Thai, Brazilian... you name it! We picked Brazilian Grill (a very decent buffet) last night. The restaurant is clean and decent with impeccable service. The choice of meat is endless. The salad bar is so diverse full of everything from greens to fresh oyster. There are also sushi, rices, roasted beef, and so much more to satisfy your craving. Alcohol and dessert are both at a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
