Happy Saturday! Drop a quick hello~ Both my job and new house keep me super busy in the past week. I also started Bar Method class recently after heard many great words of it. Alternating running, swimming and Bar Method classes, I hope to workout every muscle group. After finish one month exercise of Bar Method, I will share my experience here.
