Rebecca Taylor convertible denim jacket

Rebecca Taylor denim jacket (here)
J.Crew wool-silk scarf (using SPRINGTHAW save an extra 30%)
The past week was tough for all Bostonians. When the city was locked down yesterday, we held our breath sitting in front of TV from 7am till the suspect was captured. Then, we had our first good sleep since the Marathon blast. Though Copley square and part of Boylston St. are still closed as the crime scene, we can see the city is returning to normalcy.

Instead of the tweed and chain jacket (here), I bought a denim flare jacket with better quality and lower price. It also satisfied my 'peplum' craving. You also can convert this jacket into a cropped style, wearing with skirts and dresses. It runs slightly small. I size up for a free range of arm movement.

Thank you for your reading!

  3. The design of this jacket is very interesting. Did you try the cropped style, does it look good?
what size are you wearing? The shoulder looks pretty wide.

    1. Hi Amy, there are oversized shoulder pads which might make shoulders look wide. I wear size 2. Size 0 works too but I want some extra room for my arms :)

    1. Thank you Robin! The scarf is still full price in store but they priced match for me. Very nice quality by the way.
