Chinese buns and dumplings


Chinese buns!

发面:
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup water
1 tsp baking powder (加泡打粉防止开锅瘪)
1/2 tbsp yeast

用面包机的pizza dough选项,45-60分钟

包子包好后,醒20分钟,冷水上锅;水开后,15分钟关火;等3分钟开锅。
