JCrew Teddie dress: different ways to wear

I hope everyone had a wonderful weekend! 

I had some fun of wearing JCrew Teddie dress in two different ways today, and would like to share them with you here. This classic dress was bought as a professional attire (wore it here and here) early this year. Working in a university laboratory, this dress seems to be a little bit too formal... I had two different solutions cross my mind today: 1. wear a wide belt to to make this look less formal; 2. tuck it in to convert it to a "peplum" top.

All Saints, a very unique store. There is a good selection of leather jackets and pants at affordable prices. I picked a pair of biking leggings, which is made by heavy cotton.
